Key Holding

Should you need to leave your property unattended for any length of time, short or long term, we can supply a key holding service, whereby we have the keys in order to enter your property to keep an eye in your absence and call in professionally qualified artisans when required (after notifying the owner and gaining full written permission).With Holiday lets, as we would be holding keys then our number could be left as a point of contact if there were any times of trouble.

Housekeeper Service

If requested we can insure that before you arrive back to your property in France, the house will be cleaned and aired, the beds made, towels set out and the turning on of the fridge and hot water. We can even do a quick trip to the shops if required, to make sure the fresh essentials are in place to make things that little bit easier. When you leave, the house will be cleaned , the fridge emptied and unpluged, any laundry done and put away. The house will then be closed up for while your away.
