Property viewings can be time consuming and to save you visiting all the
potential properties, we offer a service of a video and written non technical

4) Legal Understanding.
We will advise on how to work with the notaire from the Compromis de Vente -
the first legally binding stage of the property buying process in France -
through the methods of payment to the final Acte du Vente - the completion/
final agreement.
5) Representation.
We can represent you in dealing with the property transaction from the Offer to
the Final Agreement. This is done by the Notaire preparing a document of Power
of Attorney.
6) Project Managing and Tradesmen.
Clients who in need of an architect, builder or other artisan (tradesman), can
rest assured that Dordogne Homes can assist with finding those experienced in
the field. We can obtain devis (estimates) and will Project Manage the whole
work if required.
