Terms and Conditions between Property Owners who employ the services of the Rental Management Team of Dordogne Homes.com

The Dordognehomes.com web site is owned and operated by Dordogne Homes.

Dordognehomes.com is authorized to publish the information received by about their properties on the Dordognehomes.com web site, and any other web site it deems necessary to enhance the visibility of such properties and maximize their exposure.

Property Owners providing the information content to the Dordognehomes.com web site hereby warrant that they are the owners of such content or have the rights to publish such content. Rights include the following: photography, text descriptions, trademarks and/or other material provided. Should any dispute arise over rights of the supplied material, Property Owners shall be solely responsible for all liability and costs associated with settling any said dispute.

Property Owners should provide only accurate pictures and descriptions of their property and execute the services that are described and promised in their advertising.

Property Owners agree that Dordognehomes.com will be allowed to improve and/or modify the provided text in order to maximize the efficiency of the advertising displayed.

Services

Dordognehomes.com services are offered to Property Owners conditioned on its acceptance without modification of the Terms, Conditions, and Notices contained herein.

Terms

The terms of this agreement are effective as soon as the Property Owners listings are published on our websites.

Reservation Policy

Dordognehomes.com prospective renters will be able to make a reservation of a property by contacting Dordognehomes.com sales department by phone, email of an online reservation form. They will be able to pre-book the property selected and the availability will have to be confirmed by the Property Owner within 72 hours. If the property is available for the period requested, the Property Owner will agree to hold the properties for 10 days starting from the moment he/she will confirm the availability. Within these 10 days the prospective renter will have the opportunity to confirm the final booking. If the 10 days elapse with no confirmation of the booking, the Property Owner is free to rent the property to someone else.

Payment Policy

Once the prospective renter confirms the final reservation, he/she will be charged for the percentage of the rent for the chosen period that has been agreed between Dordogne Homes and the Property Owner. If special local charges to be paid locally apply to a property, this information will have to be provided to Dordognehomes.com so that it will be disclosed in the website under the property description. .

Payments to Owners shall be made as per agreement with Dordogne Homes minus the agreed commission, to be confirmed in writing.

Prices and Commissions

Dordognehomes.com reserves the right to list a price for a property that is higher than the price requested by the Property Owner, in order to gain a commission and/or cover expenses such as transferring the funds received by customers to the Property Owner or, based on the specific agreement with the Property Owner. Dordognehomes.com reserves the right to withhold the amount of its agreed commissions or the difference between the net price requested by the Property Owner and the price paid by the customer. If payment is made in full to Dordognehomes.com the remaining part of the payment will be transferred by Dordognehomes.com to the Property Owner within 72 hours from the actual receipt of funds.

Security Deposit

A Security Deposit may be paid by prospective renters to the Property Owner at their arrival to the property, if such a Deposit is requested by them. In this case, this information will have to be provided to Dordognehomes.com so that it will be disclosed in the website under the property description. It will be the Property Owner responsibility to collect the Security Deposit from the customers at their arrival, in line with the information provided under the property's description in the Dordognehomes.com web site, the Security Deposit. Within 10 days from customer's leaving the property with no damages, assessed by performing a thorough in and out walk-through, the Security Deposit should be returned to him/her. If the security deposit is collected prior to the arrival by Dordognehomes.com then this fee will be passed onto the owner with payment, then returned as per normal to the renter direct from the owner once the terms have been met for the security deposit to be returned. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy has to be provided to Dordognehomes.com by Property Owners so that it can be disclosed on the website or in any information that we send out to prospective renters.

Extended Stay

In case of an extended stay, an added commission will be due from the Property Owner to Dordognehomes.com based on the additional number of nights at the value used to calculate the its commissions for the original stay.

Disclaimer of Warrantees: Limitation of Liability

Should Dordognehomes.com be unable to deliver the level of service as described on the its website for any reasons including, but not limited to service outages, war, acts of God or negligence, or simply lack of general performance, Dordognehomes.com cannot be held liable for any costs related to such events.

Should the Property Owners be unable to make the reserved property available to the prospective renters for any reasons, the Property Owner should find another equivalent property at the same financial conditions. Should this be proven and legally documented to be impossible, Property Owner will have to refund the full amount paid by the renters, including the commissions withheld by Dordognehomes.com. Resolving any issues that might arise with the renters, including cancellation by Property Owners, is the sole responsibility of Property Owners. If Property Owners are unable to deliver the level of service as described on the Dordognehomes.com website for any reasons, Dordognehomes.com will not be held liable for any costs related to such events.

Property Owners materials and property information Property Owners represent and warrant that any material which is provided to Dordognehomes.com will not violate the rights of any third party and will not give rise to any claim of such violation, nor it will violate any law, rule or regulation of any type of any nature (civil or criminal).

Property Owners shall indemnify and hold Dordognehomes.com and its employees, agents, shareholders, officers, directors and successors and assigns harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including any legal fees and costs and settlement costs) arising out of any breach by Property Owners of any of the representations, warrantees or agreements set forth in these Terms and Conditions.

Property Owners agree to comply with Dordognehomes.com policies with respect to the Terms and Conditions, as such policies may be modified from time to time. Failure to disagree to these terms in a written format by certified mail to Dordognehomes.com and use or continuation to use the service of Dordognehomes.com indicates an agreement to the new Terms and Conditions.

Termination

Dordognehomes.com may terminate the agreement with Property Owners to be featured on our websites at any time without cause by sending notice by email.

Property Owners and must terminate the agreement in writing to Dordogne Homes giving a minimum of 4 weeks notice. With any fees due to Dordogne Homes paid in full within 4 weeks of termination.

Dordognehomes.com reserves the right to remove properties from its Website for any reasons without any prejudice.
