Winter Care

During the winter, in your absence, a multitude of things could happen. Storms and bad weather during the winter season mean that a winter care service for your holiday rental property is essential. Keeping an eye on your property, both inside and out, looking after details such as water supply and pipes to heating during your absence. Should running repairs be required, full written authorisation is required before any major repair work is undertaken.

• Checking doord, windows and shutters.
• Making sure outbuildinds, barns etc are all secure and damage free.
• Emptying mail boxes and forwarding on or dealing with post.
• Cecking both gutters and downpipes for any damage or blockages.

• Checking for leaks, or anything untoward.
